The North Carolina Association of Pharmacists (NCAP) will host a provider webinar on April 20, 2026, to introduce the new Pharmacy Benefits Administrator (PBA) solution for NC Medicaid Direct.
To support your continued preparation for the transition to the new Prime Therapeutics Pharmacy Benefit Administrator (PBA), we are sharing the following resources:
Topics will include key information pharmacies and providers need ahead of launch, a live demonstration of the new Prime Therapeutics Provider Portal, an overview of essential system functionality, and a review of frequently asked questions.
