The purpose of this certificate training program is to prepare pharmacists with comprehensive knowledge, skills and resources necessary to provide immunization services to patients across the life span. The program is divided into two parts: a self-study component equivalent to 12 non-contact hours of CPE and an in-person classroom instruction equivalent to 8 contact hours of CPE.    REGISTER HERE
